The Good Food Institute
The Good Food Institute (GFI) is a nonprofit think tank working to make the global food system better for the planet, people, and animals. Alongside scientists, businesses, and policymakers, GFI’s teams focus on making plant-based, fermentation-derived and cultivated meat delicious, affordable, and accessible.
JACA and GFI benefit from mutual collaboration, sharing updates and information on regulations and policy, industry and emerging research.
As JACA continues to engage with more international organizations and GFI expands it's impact in Japan, we aim to accelerate our collaboration in key areas where our missions align.
